Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All paid plans (Plus, Pro, and Business) include a 7-day free trial. During this period:

  • You get full access to all features of your chosen plan
  • No payment is taken until the trial expires
  • You can cancel any time before the 7-day trial ends and you will not be charged
  • After 7 days, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged

We recommend using the free trial to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. Each user is eligible for one free trial per plan.

2. No-Refund Policy

Once the free trial period ends and your subscription payment is processed, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial months of service used
  • Unused features or portions of your subscription
  • Forgetting to cancel before the trial ended
  • Downgrading to a lower plan mid-cycle
  • Dissatisfaction after significant use of the Service

We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of the 7-day free trial to ensure InfluenceKit meets your needs before subscribing.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

Extended Service Outage

If a technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period. We must be notified within 7 days of the outage.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly upon verification.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support.influencekit@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and account email address
  • The date of the charge and amount
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. To access your billing portal:

  1. Log in to your InfluenceKit account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click Manage Billing
  4. Select Cancel Subscription

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
  • You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your data is preserved and you can resubscribe at any time
  • After your subscription expires, your account reverts to the Free plan

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us separately.
